Thank you for shopping with us. We use SF Express to provide reliable and secure delivery service.
Shipping Arrangement
• Unless an item is out of stock, we will usually ship your order within 2-7 working days after payment is confirmed.
• Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided for you to track the delivery status.
Free Shipping Threshold
• Retail Orders: Free shipping for a single order of HK$400 or above (excluding remote areas).
• Wholesale Orders: Free shipping for a single order of HK$1000 or above (excluding remote areas).
• For orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold, shipping fees will be charged according to SF Express’s actual rates and will be borne by the customer.
Notes
• Currently, we only provide delivery within Hong Kong.
• Additional charges may apply for delivery to remote areas.
• Any additional costs due to incorrect delivery details or failed delivery attempts will be the responsibility of the customer.
• Delivery times may be affected during public holidays or adverse weather conditions.
