General Terms
1. All return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the goods, with proof of purchase or order number provided.
2. Products must be in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, and with all accessories included.
3. Wholesale customers must inspect goods and report any issues within 2 days of receipt. Late requests will not be accepted.
4. Sale items, clearance items, and designated promotional products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Conditions Not Accepted for Return or Exchange
• Products that have been opened or used (unless the product is defective).
• Damage caused by improper use or storage.
• Requests made after the return period (7 days for retail, 2 days for wholesale).
• Opened personal care items (e.g. combs, scissors, clippers).
Defective or Incorrect Items
If the product is defective or you received the wrong item due to our error, please contact us within 1 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we will cover the return shipping cost.
Return & Exchange Procedure

2. We will confirm the arrangement with you.
3. After receiving the returned goods, we will process the exchange or refund within 7 working days.
